Step 4: Receive your refund

• All three products in the routine must be returned to qualify for a refund.

• The routine must have been used for a minimum of 30 consecutive days prior to initiating a return.

• Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date, not the delivery date.

• Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• The guarantee is limited to one return per customer per household.

• Hypothesis™ reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above terms or where fraudulent use is suspected.
