Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow its progress.

At this time, Hypothesis ships within the contiguous United States. Expanding internationally is a priority, and we look forward to serving customers worldwide soon. If you’d like to be notified when we begin shipping to your area, please reach out to hello@hypothesis.bio.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information can also be found under ‘My Orders’ in your account.

Occasionally, packages may be placed in a secure location nearby or delivered to a neighbor. If your package is still missing after checking, contact us at hello@hypothesis.bio and we will help investigate.

We want you to feel confident in choosing Hypothesis. If for any reason your purchase isn’t right for you, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Please email hello@hypothesis.bio with your order number, and our team will provide step-by-step instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your items are received and again once your refund is issued. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
